I am pleased to invite my students from National Chengchi University on the MMAT 2024 Summer Course Program organizes by the Center for Southeast Asian Social Studies, Universitas Gadjah Mada (CESASS UGM) and supported by the Center for Southeast Asian Socio-Cultural Community Studies at National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taiwan, the Department of Education and Future Studies at Tamkang University, Taiwan and Mahidol University, Thailand.
Following last year's program and sustaining our commitment to understanding Southeast Asia from within, the Center of Southeast Asian Social Studies (CESASS) UGM holds the MMAT 2024 Summer Course Program. This year's theme focuses on “Social Transformation in Contemporary Southeast Asia”. The program will be held from 16 July - 26 July 2024.

How to Apply:
- For this year's MMAT Summer Course Program, all of the applicants need to sign-up for an account in the UGM Student Admission System. The procedure on how to register please follow the given instruction in the following link, https://ugm.id/MMAT2024SocialTransformation
- Please choose the MMAT Summer Course Program 2024: Social Transformation in Contemporary Southeast Asia (Online-Affiliated International Students/Speaker’s Recommendation) category in the Summer Courses sub-menu.
- Filling out the required informations and documents in registration form in the UGM Student Admission System
- After you select the category, the first section you need to fill in is the Input Data section consisting of Personal Data, Study Planning in Universitas Gadjah Mada and Guarantor. (Note: for Financial Sponsor in Study Planning in Universitas Gadjah Mada, please select Scholarship)
- Complete your registration and upload the required documents (Note: do not forget to prepared and upload the recommendation letter* in the Documents Upload section)
- Participant receive Letter of Offer
- Participant receive Letter of Acceptance
- Participant ready to start the MMAT 2024 Summer Course Program *In this email we have attached the sample recommendation letter for your reference, but it would be better if you already had a recommendation letter template.
